House Rules

To ensure a comfortable stay and maintain the quality of the apartment, we kindly ask guests to follow these guidelines:

Registration & Legal Requirements

  • Guest Registration: In compliance with Italian law (Art. 109 TULPS), all guests must:

    • Complete our registration form prior to check-in.

    • Review and accept the rental agreement before arrival.

    • Provide clear photos of IDs or Passports via Email or Whatsapp for verification.

  • Tourist Tax: A local tourist tax of €2.50 per guest, per night (for a maximum of 5 nights) will be added to the reservation and charged separately.

General Stay

  • Maximum Occupancy: A maximum of 4 guests is permitted at the property.

  • Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

  • No Smoking: Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited inside the apartment.

  • No Pets: Pets are not allowed.

  • Events: Parties, events, and commercial photography or filming are not permitted.

Arrival & Departure

  • Check-in: Standard arrival is between 3:00 PM and 11:00 PM.

  • Check-out: Departure is required before 11:00 AM.

  • Self Check-in: Secure entry is managed via professional property management platforms.

Utilities & Environment

  • Waste Management: Recycling is mandatory in Pisa; please follow the guide in the kitchen to separate paper, plastic, glass, organic, and general waste.

  • Energy Saving: To support our sustainability efforts, please turn off the air conditioning and all lights when leaving the apartment.

  • Climate Control: Keep all windows closed while the AC or heating is running to ensure maximum efficiency and comfort.
