Booking & Payments

  • Why should I book directly on this website? By booking directly, you are guaranteed our best available rates by avoiding the additional service fees charged by major travel platforms.

  • Are there any additional costs? In accordance with local regulations, the Pisa Tourist Tax of €2.50 per guest, per night (for a maximum of 5 nights) is mandatory and charged separately from the booking rate.

Parking & Transportation

  • Can I park near the apartment? Yes, you can find paid street parking (blue lines) in Piazza Solferino right outside the building and in surrounding streets like Via Roma, Lungarno Pacinotti, and Piazza Cairoli.

  • How much does street parking cost? Rates are approximately €2.50 - €3.50/hr from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM and are free overnight. You can pay via street machines or apps like EasyPark.

  • Can I drive to the building to unload luggage? You may drive up to the entrance in Piazza Solferino to unload baggage, but please pay close attention to signs to avoid entering the ZTL (Restricted Traffic Zones).

  • Is there a guaranteed parking option? If you prefer a secured spot, the Saba Pisa Vittorio Emanuele IIunderground garage is a 15-minute walk away. Rates are €2.90/hr or €19/day, and you can reserve in advance at www.sabait.it.

Arrival & Departure

  • How does check-in work? We offer a secure self check-in system. Once your registration is complete, we will send you detailed instructions and access codes directly so you can arrive between 3:00 PM and 11:00 PM.

  • Can I request a late check-out? Standard check-out is by 11:00 AM. Late check-out requests are subject to availability and our cleaning schedule.

The Apartment

  • Is the apartment suitable for remote work? Yes. The primary bedroom features a dedicated workstation, and the property is equipped with high-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi.

  • What is included in the kitchen? The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, an induction stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, boiler, and a Nespresso coffee machine.

  • Are there laundry facilities? Yes, a washer/dryer unit is located within one of the two bathrooms for your convenience.

Rules & Safety

  • Is ID verification mandatory? Yes. According to Italian law (Art. 109 TULPS), we are legally required to register all guests with the local authorities (Questura) prior to arrival.

  • Are pets allowed? To ensure a comfortable environment for all our guests, pets are not permitted.

  • Is smoking permitted? No, Numero 5 is a strictly non-smoking property.
