Alloggiati Web: We are legally required to transmit guest identity data to the Italian State Police (Questura) within 24 hours of arrival.
Tax Compliance: We maintain records of your stay to accurately report and pay the mandatory Pisa Tourist Tax.

Minimal Retention: Your personal data and ID photos are deleted within a reasonable timeframe after your stay is completed, unless otherwise required by Italian tax or legal regulations.
